Process Steps

  1. Submit the “Launch” request form.

  3. Deliver portal credentials via secure email.
  4. Walkthrough session (~15 min) to show Idea Lab and dashboard.
  5. 30-day follow-up: review progress (30-45 min), adjust workspace as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Youth: Define project name, pick colors, post first idea.
  • Parent: Approve assets, monitor dashboard, handle any support requests.

Purpose

Take your sandbox commercial: add basic financial tracking, LLC-style protection, and mentor guidance—all still under parent supervision.

Eligibility & Enrollment

13–17 year olds ready to pilot revenue-driven prototypes. Parent must sign UTMA LLC consent and co-manage banking details.

Included Features

  • Everything in Launch, plus:
  • Business types: Option to register as UTMA LLC; includes filing paperwork and template operating agreement.
  • Budgeting dashboard: Categorize expenses, record sales, auto-generate P&L and cash-flow charts.
  • Mentorship access: Two 45-min sessions/month with vetted advisors.

Process Steps

  1. Orbit request form + UTMA LLC consent signatures.
  2. Kickoff call to discuss entity choice and financial goals.
  3. LLC filing (2–3 business days) & dashboard configuration.

Eligibility & Enrollment

15–18 year olds with active sales or service revenue. Parent or guardian must be named as trust grantor/trustee.

  • Trust overlay: TX- & federal-compliant trust wrapper, EIN application, trust deed drafting.
  • Legal templates: Operating agreements, NDAs, invoicing templates, all fillable and reviewable online.
